Iv'e been trying to get the ITV World Cup 66 version with Hugh's commentry but to no avail. anybody help?? As for Star Soccer its true Hugh added the excitement to the games. The Derby vs Notts Forest game of the time was an incredible game and Hugh Johns added to that excitement with his voice skill. As for "Star Soccer" no it was a poor attempt to keep it local. We had a blasting theme tune with NO slo motion replay. infact the replays were just the action again with commentry repeated. whilst in London "The Big Match" was doing it properly. even the ATV match on "The Big Match" had slo mo replays when Star Soccer didn't...Think Gary Newbon will tell some stories of how the ATV sports team begged for a slo-mo machine....Saying all that if anyone knows where I can get DVD's of Star Soccer i'd love to watch it again. <br/><br/>Cheers<br/><br/>Tony sad loss.
