Barrow decided to help Mr Vaughan out by winning the replay 4-0. No prizemoney and no 1st round tie, let alone a possible lucrative one in the 2nd round.

I bet the Bluebirds fans had a little chuckle on the return journey?

HMRC pursued Vaughan through the courts in the summer, and obviously won. I was wondering what happens next now that they have proved that the original administration was fraudulent.

Martin
The HMRC are doing nothing...........they don't have time, afterall they are busy chasing me for £178 that they claim I was overpaid in a NI refund over 5 years ago

They won't be doing owt about Farsley, Northwich or Salisbury either......and of course Northwich who are persistent tax evaders are still getting 'protection' from the FA (Conf tried to quite rightly bin them for financial breaches) and have just been rewarded with a plum tie at home to Charlton. Who says crime doesn't pay

What are HMRC doing to recover their @£900,000 tax debt after proving in a Manchester court in the summer that Chester's original administration was fraudulent?
